60 grand will get you alot of car-cant say for sure which is fastest-there is a company in california that will take a mazda miata and do some reworking on it-shoehorn in a 302 that has been built-if that isnt enough heard they can drop the 351in-that should keep you up with anyone-old hippie here

i'd say a...toyota celica and w/the extra money get like a cold air intake, and a turbo...i dont know if they are turbo or na, and a cat back exaust, just a few easy mods to get ur car faster.
