Thief's.
I believe that the crime should always fit the punishment.
So rapists would have their penis cut off.
And murderers would be killed
Violent criminals would be subjected to more pain than they inflicted on people.
And the thief's would either have to pay back the amount they stole multiplied by 5. Or if they were a broke thief with no cash would have there hand chopped off.
So the one being sued (forced to pay money) would be the thief's who already have cash. I know it`s not really the definition of sued, but it`s the same sort of subject.
Obviously I am strongly against criminals.

this is the U.S.A. - you can sue anyone for anything, as long as you offer the lawyer a big enough cut of the money
sue seattle's best because they closed a store and now you don't have caffiene which will make you sleepy on the job which is why you drove your rig through a stop sign into somebody's car
