they stare bcuz theyre too shy 2 say anything .... hasnt that guy makin a move yet???

The thing is, there are truly shy guys, there are guys who pretend to be shy but are actually players, and then there are guys who seem shy but are just terrible with women and don't relate to them at all. I've had shy guys I was buddies with, and I've dated a few of them. If a man is truly interested, he WILL find a way to show it. The "shy" thing can be a disguise for a player, or it can be the true face of an inexperienced or inept man- what matters most is his ability to express his feelings, to keep it real and be honest. Shy or forward, without that ability, the relationship just won't work out. If he's smiling at you way more than necessary, doing nice things he doesn't have to do, just generally taking trouble for you, you're probably on the right track- good luck! :)

You hit the nail on the head. Shy guys send confusing signals. They are easily misunderstood. Since they lack the nuance of social skills, their skills are usually out of sync. So they are tough to read and figure out. The signals they send are not those that one might expect. Remember they are shy and don't have enough social skills to send out easily interpreted signals. That's a problem, and that's why they are shy..

Well, I can answer this one because I do have some social anxiety. Usually we'll kinda just look at ya, maybe smile, but I can guarantee you we probably won't say anything unless you do...
