If by 'human' you mean a member of our species, Homo sapiens, then our species has only been around about 150,000 to about 200,000 years ... so any fossil older than that would not, by definition, be a human fossil, but that of an ancestor (e.g. Homo erectus).

I believe it's 6 million years old, and it was discovered by either Richard or Louis Leaky, they are father and son. Try looking up the book The Sixth Extinction, the author of that book is the one who discovered the oldest fossil. I think they call it the Turkana Boy, ? on spelling.

I don't think we've been around long enough to have become fossilized. There have been numerous skeletons found, but those are not fossils. I could be quite wrong on this and I am not checking my facts.
