It's a white tank, and there's tomato juice on it that's been sitting there for a day. I've tried Spray-n-Wash and color safe bleach.

try tide to go, try Shout, let it sit with the formula for a couple of minutes, then you can wash it, wash it with clorox

Bleach / on the go sticks, don't work (most of them)
Shout it out. If it's white, you don't use color safe bleach!
Use Clorox bleach. Hopefully this will help you out.
