I dont like my ROY and future MVP First Basemen in the Home Run derby just because it messes up their swing.
I do not feel that what happend to Bobby Abreu was because of the Home Run Derby, he now doesnt hit for power, because he never swings. He takes way to many pitches for a guy in the 3rd hole, and a lot of the pitches he is getting are good ones. But the funny thing is, our lead-off hitter wont take pitches, and the guy who is supposed to swing at pitches that are good is in the 3rd hole, but all he does is take pitches. Yet Good old uncle Charlie decided he doesnt want to hurt anyones feelings, so he wont have Bobby bat 1st, and move Rollins down.

i dont know about ryan howard being in it, but i am very PI$$ED that pujols isnt in it...why is that?
