My secret question and password for hotmail have been taken over by a hacker and i don't remember my secret answer to secret question so i can change my password is there anything i can do to get it back help

try singing in and going to you account to change everythoing. if that doen't work, sign in under a new account and send email to hotmail to infornm them of the hack problem, they'll do something to get rid of your old account.
