Your baby is used to hot environments! Remember she was in your womb which was about 98 degrees! Just keep her in light clothing, keep her shaded and ALWAYS put sunscreen on her when you take her outside. Never let her stay outside in the heat too long. If you are getting hot then so is she. If she starts to look kinda flush then she is getting too hot.

Keep a washcloth wet at all times and let the baby play with it. Rub it on the baby's head and body while they are playing.

Sunscreen, thoose umbrella hats that stick to da head (not permently lol), NOT BLACK CLOTHES !!, cold juice,water,get lik one of thoose squirters an put water in it an squirt ur child on the skin well all over every 30 minutes.

If you are comfortable then so is the baby. They can tolerate a lot more than you. Don't overprotect. It could weaken their imune system.
