its it good to waer a sports bra like a regular one, cuz the regular one adout do much for me. also what are some goooooood bras for BBG(Bigger Brested Girls)

If you are a BBG then I suggest going to a speciality shop to get a proper fitting. When you where a bra that fits you they way they are meant to, it really makes you appear slimmer.
Try Sears too, they are usually pretty good and have women who know what they are doing when it comes to fitting properly.
Zellers carries a brand for BBG's, I believe it's called "just my size" They are really good just not a whole lotta selection. Good luck!

Sports bras just smush "the girls" together. I wear a 36 DD, so it is really hard for me to find bras that fit well. Go to a bra store where they will do personal fittings! It'll mean a WORLD of difference! Hope this helped! Good luck!

Sports bra never really work on big boobs, always make ya look like ya got a uniboob (one big boob), if you do need to wear a sports i use the ones that have an under wire in them they are great.

i woul go to victoria secert not a sportsbra they dont hold the "twins" up
