Put it in writing. Give a copy to the manager and one to the human resources department. If that doesn't stop him, then contact a lawyer.

I am sorry that your work environment is bad.

First, you should begin keeping a written journal of the events as they happen. Be certain to note the dates, what you believe the inappropriate act or statement is, and be sure to write down the names of any other individuals that may have heard or witnessed the event, regardless if they will come to your defense or not.

After you get the notes recorded, you should go to your human resource department to file a complaint. This gives management the opportunity to warn the employee. Be sure to document what happens after you notify the human resource department or management.

If management fails to address the situation, then you have a valid complaint with an attorney. You can then use the journal to back up your claims. Also, it will document that you made a "good-faith" attempt to allow the company management to dela with it. This will go a long way in supporting your case.

Do not let management take the journal from you.

Additionally, there may be a state labor oversight board that you could contact without involving a lawyer. Pull up your state government web site and see if you can find out how to file a labor complaint.

Harassment should be taken very seriously be your supervisors/managers. As was previously stated, document everything (time, date, what was said..). If your company has any procedures on filing a grievance, then do it. Your company by law must do everything they can to protect their employees. And if they refuse to help or you know they won't, you can file a lawsuit in state or federal court.
Also, it's illegal to fire you or make your job miserable, as an act of retaliation, for reporting this jerk.

Your mother is right. Listen to her and act. It's against the law to behave in the work place like the warehouse mgr. is evidently doing.
Be strong and do it.

One of the best weapons you'll have in a sexual harrassment suit is a diary of offenses, since it's going to be your word against his. Write down everything he says or does, with dates and times.

Present it once again to your manager and let her know you're going to file a suit. She might be considered culpable since she did nothing about it; it may spur her to action.

Contact a local women's center to see about getting a low cost lawyer to help you with this.

The first thing you need to do is report this to your H.R. department and give them all the information that you have. (that you reported it to your manager, details of like what you describe above). You have to allow your H.R. department to try and resolve this problem. If it continues and the H.R. department has not taken care of it, E.E.O.C. is your next option. (E.E.O.C. will ask you if you have reported this to your H.R. department for investigation and resolution)

Either report it and be ready for retaliation or find another job if it's to much stress on you. Revaluate how you carry yourself -- it's amazing -- men know who they can pull that $#%^ on -- don't accept it!
