You have to get her out of there. And you need a lawyer to do that. There are a lot of things that you haven't mentioned here, how old the kids are, how badly she hurt them etc. Consult with a good lawyer, and have him get her out of there, that is the only way. There might be a option that you can get her out without any money except the lawyer's fees.

Why don't you call the jail where she is at and find out what happens if she doesn't come up with the bail. She should have a lawyer and if she does, I would ask him. If she doesn't have a lawyer I would get one or a public defender.
You said you "might" move. Doesn't sound like it is definite. I know if you were my boyfriend I would want you to stick around and see this through together, then move TOGETHER. Is there a deadline as to when you have to move. She needs you right now cause it looks like no one else is there for her. I would hope you wouldn't desert her at her time of need.

It is time to back away from this girl. She has way too much baggage to carry around to be healthy. You sound like a "fixer", and always wants to help others. That is not a bad thing, but it will destroy you and ruin your life if you let it get out of hand. Life is too short as it is, so don't waste your time helping people that won't help them selves. Start a new life when you move and be happy that you only have to worry about you.

Call a lawyer. What you can do will vary by what state you live in. You could go to a bondsman and work out a deal. You get them to pay her bail. Then, you make payments to them each month. Once she gets out, she needs to get away from her family. I was once in her position. My family treated my so badly. I really feel for her. If there is anything I can do, let me know.

Put together a good arguement about how terrible those children are. If you can show a good case and make it totally clear that she in no way abused those children you should be okay. Have her state exactly what lead to her retaliation and have her state (to whom ever's kids they are) that they were in fact attacking her. Self defence, or punishment. It's not illegal to punish a child as long as you didn't hurt them in serious fashion, or hit them hard enough to cause real damage.

You should only have to pay 10% of the bail to get her out. So it should only be 1500. Also, if you bail her out she can't leave. she has to stay until her court date.

if you really care about her you should just stick around and wait if you can't get the money. it seems like you're the only one that cares about her and you're all she's got. if you really love her you'll do anything for her. just visit her when you can and wait for her to get out to move. or if you do move keep in touch with her and tell her that you didn't want to move without her but you had to (for whatever reason) and when she gets out you're gonna go get her. she didn't do anything wrong her sister is just a b**ch. if you can wait out for her i would.
