Actually it's spelled promiscuous. And it means indiscriminate, which when referring to sex sorta means "sexually active".

that girl is dumb cuz she spelled it wrong too, and it originally ment indiscriminate or lacking standards but is mostly accepted as having many sexualy parters frequently but can also mean casual or unrealated
