Pains in your stomach can be from several things. It may be something serious such as your appendix, gallbladder, intestines, etc.. Or it may be something as simple as diarrhea coming on. If the pain is to the point of extreme pain, I would suggest see a physician. However, it may just be a bad case of indigestion or an acid stomach attack. But if you have eaten out, it could be a case of food poisoning or botulism and you may need to be treated by a physician.

If the pain has come on suddenly and is accompanied by nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea it could be "stomach flu."
If the pain happens after eating it could be a food allergy (like after drinking milk).
If the pain seems lower, in your abdomen, it could be that your body doesn't digest some foods well (similar to a food allergy).
Depending on your age, it could be menstrual cramping.
If the pain lasts for hours, becomes worse or so bad that you can't handle it, you need to see a doctor immediately to rule out any underlying disease or infection.
