I like Maroon 5. I say the only thing you can do is be forward with him and tell him it makes you uncomfortable that he always plays that CD when you two are alone. Let him know you're only interested in him as a friend and nothing more. If he doesn't respect your wishes then maybe you need to end the friendship.

First of all I suggest you make new friends, because that guy IS trying to get with you. Second of all, hang around other friends. Third of all stay friends with him, but at a distance. Fourth of all, make new friends.
