I have no idea what he wants to do, he says he wants to sighn his rights away but he hasent yet, I saw him lastnight and all it seemed like he wanted was sex..... I'm at a loss.

this guy sounds like a total loser. tell him he's a sperm donor and to just sign his rights away like he wants to. He may be coming around just for the sex. What kind of man will sign his rights away that is messed up. Talk to him and see if that's what he really wants and remind him once he does that then he can no longer has the right to see this baby. and if that's the case then i would cut all ties with him and never speak to him again

Obviously he is just interested on having sex.
If he signs the papers, you will be tied to him forever, even if he turns out to be the worst dad in the world,
you won't be able to move anywhere or travel anywhere without his permission.
this guy is not worth the wait. Dump him, you can still get child support even if the baby doesn't have his last name or if he doesn't sign his rights.
Don't tie yourself to a looser.... mabye in a few years he will realize he wants to be a father, and will re-consider and sign, for now, all he wants is to have fun and sex with you.
Believe me, I have been there... rather than loosing anything, you will be the big winner on the long run.

Please for yourself and your baby, go to Court now and get the father to provide Financial help, legally for both of you. If he is required to take care of his own child, or go to jail he may turn around and and actually become a man you can respect and want as a part of your baby's life. If however he chooses to be a looser then perhaps Jail is best for him, at least he won't be bugging you for favors,like you stated above. Of Course I cannot tell you what you should do about him Begging Sex from you, but you see what that has produced already. If you want another Baby to take care of by yourself then ......... (perhaps with some type of birth control?) good luck in the future.

Make him pay child support. It's the law. As long as he has not yet signed his rights away, he has a legal obligation to give you money to help raise the child. Take him to court and make him pay until he decides.

Sue him for child support or let him sign his rights over. He is not good enough for your baby or you!
You would be better off to have him sign over his rights and get him out of your life.

He wants you and he's using you. Tell him he either needs to sign the papers (and then you and he are through), or he needs to buck up, support your kid, and be a real man.
