When I used to wear a sports bra, it was easier to run in and to stretch in. If you're someone that likes to do sports a lot, and runs, I would suggest this bra to you. But, regular bras are more better to make your breast look like it's not going east or west, and more nicer. Especially if you have larger breast wear a regular one!!! I wear a sports bra when I'm going to play tennis or go running, but when I go to the mall or something I just wear a regular one.
Also, if you have really tiny breast than use a sports bra, there is no use for a regular one.
Wearing a sports bra when lifting weights is a good idea as well, regular bras usually go UP and stuff...
Good luck!
;)

Besides good support, a sport bra also is made out of material that dries easily and keeps moisture away from your body. A good choice!

Depends on whether or not you're going to be working out. If you are, going to be running, weight-lifting or whatever, they provide a lot more support than regular bras, and they restrict movement of the breasts.

I love sports bras until they loose their elasticity.

They last long and you never have an under wire issue.

Sports bras are for sports to keep your breast from jumping around.

Nothing beats a well put together bra to enhance your breast -- like Wacoal
