Nope, just right. What you Need to keep in mind is that your body is going to change dramatically over the next 7 years. Especially during the next three or four years. You're going to gain weight which is perfectly natural and healthy. You will probably even grow a couple of inches taller as well, maybe even more? Look at your mother and your grandmother. You are them!
A women's body fat is usually about 7% more than a mans. A normal 20something male body fat measurement is around 15% give or take 5%. So a women should have around a 20% +/- 5%body fat measurement. This is a healthy weight on average. Each person is different though.
A little bit of advice hon, most importantly eat right / healthy. Exercise daily, you don't have to be the star team member either, just get out there and do something active. Stay away from those stupid drugs and other bad habits! They will destroy your body and mind, eventually your life. Just be YOU!
My wife is a Dr. She usually gives me good advice when answering these questions.
On a personal note; guys don't like skinny skinny girls. Walking skeletons are kinda gross. Guys are attracted to curves not twigs. It's basic psychology and is an inherited instinct.

My daughter is 5' and is 100 lbs. She thinks she's heavy. I tell her she isn't and really, she's not. You see all these skinny celebrities and think thats the way everyone looks. Its so misleading. Your at a good weight.

You are close to being underweight if you were an adult. You probably have some growing to do though. Focus on eating alot of protein so you can grow faster.
