Thats kinda weird.
I dont think that is ok. Not for a CLOSE friend.
How are you suppose to hang out with your close friend and watch them kiss and hug all over your ex-love???
I would find a new close friend.

well it would end your friendship now wouldn't it. let's face it. if my friend dated an ex-boyfriend of mine she would probably be jealous every-time we ended up in the same place together. after-all, i've been there done that, who's to say there wouldn't be a bit of rekindling??? if i were the friend, that's what i would think. it would always be in the back of my mind. then again, i wouldn't do that, i have better self control. and let's look at it another way; is he dating her to get next to you again??? (even if he is trying to get close to you, don't go with it. using your friend to make you jealous is a spineless way to get someone back)

Isn't that up to you? I never found it ok, just like its not ok for your friend to start dating someone they know you like. Its kind of like treachery and can shatter trust between friends. But of course that all depends on how YOU feel about it. If you are ok with it then why not?

I wouldn't do that to any of MY friends. It's just not right. Tell her that you hope she'll be happy with him - but you won't be around to hear about it 'cause you're cutting off ties with her. Friends don't date friends' ex's.

That's between you and your close friend. If I was in your situation, I wouldn't allow it. If she's truly a good close friend, she wouldn't want to.

Jessi, is that you? If it is, you must let go... You let go of him before, and now he has chosen your friend. If it is meant to last, it will, and if not, he will return. But he will not trust you right now either. Can you blame him? So, daughter, is that you?

If a close friend would do that to you, I'd find another friend.

Do you need someone to affirm what you already feel? It's up to you.
