Tattoos done with real tattoo ink don't wear off. Though it might be a good idea to ask a local tattoo parlor first.

i know a lot of people that is completely covered wit tats. so far no it should wear of, simply cause it is permanent. It depends on where you go to get it done and who does it. yes its all the same but everyone does a tattoo better than someone else. As for any tatt if its a really bad job it intends to fade away. If u want it to last do ur research and find a really good parlor and someone thats highly recomended.

I can only refer to those I have seen on horses. At the track horses are tatooed inside the upperlip. It is done with real "ink" and is supposed to last forever. However, from my expirence these numbers tend to fade away, and many have to be re-tattoed in the future.

Well...Yeah I think it would. My friend got Eyeliner and lipstick(yes I know!!!) tattooed on her eyes and lips. But it wore off in about a year. So I imagine it would in your mouth...but why would you want to do that?? OUCH!
