Yea, thats why I wear stockings, even in the summer anytime I'm not in shorts or a bathing suit. Plus I do like the feeling of them under a nice summer skirt, or any skirt for that matter.

It depends on the legs believe me. You wouldn't want to see some of them I see at the gym. For me, I'm blessed with great long legs, and always wear stockings and a garter belt to work, because like so many athletic type women, I despise pantyhose.
I wear jeans mostly in winter,and with heels, stockings and a silk shirt they are hot, but most or the time I am wearing business clothes so I wear stockings. When I'm not, in the summer its shorts or bikini's. But when I go out again at night, back to the stockings and skirt. I know what is my best asset, and instead of lying it I like some girls do, I prefer to walk around on them.

Sure, they may look good, but besides being expensive and easily torn, pantyhose are a royal pain to wear. Using the restroom is, um, difficult and the hose are uncomfortable in hot weather.
But jeans can be very attractive too, if they're well fitted.
And finally, not all women obsess about how good they look 24/7

Interesting phenomenon, really, since the average person can't see anyone's legs through a pair of jeans.. and that includes the legs of men. But I tell ya what, I find that men also look better with stockings on. Not that cheap old panty hose, I'm talking fishnets and garters baby! Add a corset and a feather boa to the mix and oh my my... it's something that I encourage every man to try. Seriously. I'm also fond of the kilt... very fond of the kilt.

Well, of course you'd say that. The male brain responds to skin. Skirts look good, but they're not always a lot of fun to wear. You have to shave/wax your legs; worry if they're too pale; pantyhose are a pain; you have to deal with sudden gusts of wind; remember to bend over or sit gracefully; and sometimes it's just too damn cold.

They have to know that but some must not care what they look like. To be fair, have you seen how most men walk around most of the time? I'd like to see women in high heels and stockings all the time too but it's a two-way street.

Well I wear stockings to work everyday, and also when I go out and not dressed really casual. I don't like pantyhose, so I wear stockings and a garter belt. They are very comfortable and according to my boyfriend very sexy.
Actually I have even worn my stockings with jeans and heels when its not real hot out and it is pretty sexy. My boyfriend loves it, and tries to get me to do it with Capri's too,

Apparently some know and apparently others don't care. I am anti pantyhose myself. Either real hose or bare legs for me, please. I doubt there's much chance of official legislation for obligatory skirts or dresses a minimum of 5 days a week.
