A client's website accepts donations with a standard paypal button, and it takes donnors to a paypal form...

...my problem is that the form that shows is not the same every time, for example, if i click on it, from my computer, I can see an option that reads:

Don't have a Paypal account, Pay securely using your credit card, or bank account where available.

That is the form I want to show everytime, but from my clients computer, it displays a form that allows donnors only to donate through their paypal account or sign up for one, and I dont want that.

Is there a solution for this?

I'm not quite sure what your problem is, except for it sounds like you have a cookie problem on one computer than the other.

I get the page your client gets. At the bottom of the page, it does say "Don't have a paypal account...." link that allows you to pay without creating a paypal account.

Whatever page you got on your computer, I don't see. Paypal does have phone support.
