Denise Austin did a nice one, but that was a while ago, and it may be dated. There are actually alot of great prenatal videos out there by many of the great fitness lines and starts. I walked everywhere while I was pregnant, up to four miles a day when I was feeling really good. If you eat right and exercise right, you can keep your weight gain to exactly what is healthy for you and baby.

Staying in shape is a really good idea all through your pregnancy but be sure to gain the weight your doctor advises, it is important to the development of the baby. I found that if I stayed in good shape the weight came off much easier after birth. Try the local rec center or Y to see what kind of prenatal exercise classes they offer it not only helps keep you in shape but you also meet other women due close to you that is a great network for later play-dates. Good Luck

By the end of your pregnancy you should gain approximately 25-30 pounds. Most of this will come off after you have your baby, especially if you breast feed (which is extremely important for your child's health) which burns about 2000 calories per day. During the pregnancy walking and riding a bike are reccomended.

They have Pilates for pregnancy and Crunch Yoga Momma. Keep healthy and exercise (easily) but you need to gain enough weight for your baby to be healthy. Dont risk your baby's health because you want a nice little figure. If you're skinny right now you need to gain 25-30 lbs for a healthy baby. If anything eat and indulge now while you have an excuse to be fat! It'll come off after you have the baby.

Well theres no such thing as gaining too much weight during pregnancy becauseits all natural..It is required that you gain at least 24 pounds or more during pregancy to help ensure that your baby is healthy and does not have developmental problems...Did you know....Your baby could be born without an anus if you do not eat enough food during pregnancy.

Us old fashioned moms used to say, "you're eating for two now!" But with obesity causing so many health problems, that sounds kinda dumb now, so I say, "eat for one--the baby--and feed yourself after the little one is born." You'll be fine that way. Every morsel you put into your mouth is nourishing your child, so concentrate on that fact, and you won't gain any more weight than your baby needs. Your doctor will have pamphlets for you, as far as what exercises are safe for you and your precious little baby. Everything in moderation, and you can't go wrong. Good luck, honey! ;)

if you used to exercise before it is ok for you to practice the same exercises but lightly and not in the first 3 or 6 month of pregnancy you should take it easy for now relax and enjoy and eat alot of vegetables and fruit that is the best for you and the baby and do not forget to drink alot of water specially in this summer.

Just do light exercises. Wlaking is great. Dont do to much that will stretch or pull your stomach area or hurt the baby. Light walking is the best
