Contact the Housing Authority where you live and apply for assistance. Also there are many shelters that you can call and they will take you in until you can find a place of your own. Staying in a realationship like you describe is not a good thing for your child to see or hear. Good luck

When bad comes to worse you'll find a way out. Its a long hard road, but something will happen to brake the camels back, and you'll realize all your options. There many programs set up to help women in your situation maby you can check into them. And a woman's shelter is usually willing to help and you can find alot of support there.Probably not the idea situation but it can help you get back on your feet. The option may not always be idea at the time but look forward to the future, and what that may hold for you by leaving. I cry a tear for you.Good luck to you sweaty and your son!

I guess you are trapped. When there is a child involved, you do have to put a roof over his head. Why can't you just stay with someone until you get your own place? I guess you can't do anything unless there is abuse involved. Then you can call an agency to help you.

you haven't left yourself many choices but since you know you want to live start working towards that goal. get a job or two and save up some money, make plans...just sitting around saying i'm trapped and can't get out is getting you nowhere, working towards your goal may take time but at least you'll get there eventually. also try contacting local womens shelters, they are a great resource especially if there is abuse.

I was in the same situation, only I was pregnant at the time with HIS son. Fortunately, I was able to move back in with my mom, because he put me out. My advice would be to try and contact housing, or social services in your area, try and find some way to get assistance to help you get on your feet so you can get out before he puts you and your son out.

Get out - do you have a family member or friend who can help. You are not doing any service to you son to stay in a bad situation - trust me I know. Get out.

Make the best out of it for your son. Stack your money and get ghost. If he is saying something smart about you being there just think about how you are going to decorate your new place.

Get a job to pay for a place; move in with friends or family; move to where you lived before you moved in with him

If you don't like the relationship you are in maybe you should leave and live with your parents or a friend or in subsidized housing.

Do you have anything valuable that you can maybe sell to get some cash? Perhaps even try to get a small loan from Household Finance.
