she has done that ever since she was a baby. she doesn't puff out her beard or hiss or anything, she just lays her head down and closes her eyes. i don't pet by her eyes or anything. i just pet her head and the sides of her head.
does she like it or is that a sign that i should stop?

I have two bearded Dragons myself, and they also close their eyes when I pet them. I'm pretty sure it means they like it because when they don't like something they tend to squirm, and or tail whip while looking right at you or all around.

We have a bearded dragon too and it is a sign that he likes it or in your case, she likes it!!! :) So keep on doing what you're doing.....so easy tempered and fun to hang out with too right? Enjoy!

My dragons do the same thing. I think it's a sign they enjoy it.
If she doesn't move away from you or hiss, then she probably doesn't want you to stop.

Well, at first, I thought she was doing it because she liked it, but then I read that they do that when you let crickets run all over them (close their eyes to endure the stress) so, which is it? Stress or comfort?

Yeah, she likes it. By closing her eyes and lowering her head, she is showing comfort and submission.
