try using the womens hair remover VEET...it comes with a bladeless razor and it works amazingly. it doesnt smell bad and you only have to keep it on for 3-6 minutes. i used it 5 days ago and i still havent grown any hair back.
you can find it at any grocery or drug store near the lotions...or just go to wal-mart, the kit is about $8

Yeah, Veet or Nair should do the trick. Both you just put on your chest and wait for a few minutes, then (as both come with a bladeless razor) scrape off the hair. Just know that certain types of cream hair remover can really stink.

For permanent removal & minimal pain get it lasered off. It's a bit expensive, but worth it in the long run. UCLA has the best program.

Use nair.. It MIGHT burn when you put it on at first, but it really works.
