if u put billions of germs in a glass box such that they filled the box with the lowest possible spaces between them,
what colour would they be?

I imagine, different colours.. I seem to think generally, beige or brown though.

Germs have no color. Think about it.. there are sooo many germs all over the place... don't you think you'd see some differentiation in color as it gathers more bacteria? Single celled organisms are shown in books and films in color. They have color there because a dye solution is dropped on them.
