Try SalesForce.com. Its an online service, not software, so you can access it from anywhere. I think they have a free personal version that you can use for basic information

there is a system called Qube that is a great databse for client info and can run searches and querys through but more for finance but can be customized.

just use microsoft exel. at the top put the catagories, and then on the left the clients name, and your done
