There are many ways to induce your own labor. But make sure you have a quick ride to the hospital or birthing center!
1. Have sex. (I'm not kidding)
2. WALK!
3. Use a giant exercise ball to sit on and roll around on your back. *Use with caution.
If this doesn't work. CALL YOUR DOCTOR OR GO TO YOUR LOCAL EMERGENCY ROOM!!!

There are a few ways to induce your labor, but what I want to know is what kind of messed up doctor are you seeing???? you should have been induced by your doctor weeks ago!!! you should NOT have had to be this far over due! If I were you I would be voicing my opinion to my doctor and I would make him/her induce me NOW!!!

You must not induce your own labor unless with a medical professional whose focus is the birthing process. Contact your doctor!

Your doctor will induce labor when he feels it is right to do so...three weeks overdue is a lot. I guess it depends on your situation. Hasn`t your doctor given you your options?

Are you actually seeing a physician for your pregnancy, and if you are, are you sure you are 3 weeks past your due date? If you are, then you need to get induced by your doctor ASAP. Please do not wait.

ps my sister used Castor Oil to induce her first labor (it worked I guess she had her son within 20 hours). She claimed it was a really nasty method to take (drink).

Take a strong laxative. Go for a car ride on a very bumpy road. That's how my Mom was able to choose that my "baby" brother would get born on my birthday.

DONT use Castor oil, it don't work, been there, done that. Walking alot, jumping, and the #1 thing, SEXSEXSEX and more SEX, worked twice for me

Castor oil! my mom used it because she didn't want to be pregnant with me on her birthday haha. Really worked, but it was really gross.
