Anyone who thinks that the World Cup is either extremely stupid.. or ITALIAN.. only Italians would scream conspiracy. The fact is that the World Cup is NOT fixed and never will be because FIFA is not a NATIONAL organisation with any sort of NATIONAL interest. As for Germany having an easy route to the knockouts, almost every good team has a crappy pool with the exception of the Group of Death with the Netherlands, Argentina, Serbia and Ivory Coast. There is absolutely no way to say that Germany has it any easier than England (with T&T and Paraguay to beat up on) or Spain (who has the Ukraine, Tunisia and Saudi Arabia to demolish). SO NO, THE WORLD CUP IS NOT FIXED AND GERMANY DOES NOT HAVE A SUSPICOUSLY EASY ROUTE TO THE KNOCKOUTS!!!

Germany is going to win the world cup because they have an incredible team, are full of pride, and have more heart than any other team competing. the refs don't mean a thing, the game is called poorly for both sides yet germany still comes out on top. If there was conspiracy it would have been uncovered by now...and it is only the sore losers who use the technical bits such as the bad refs as an excuse for losing. get over it and watch germany win this cup. it will be incredible football and thats all that should matter....GERMAN PRIDE!!!

I think so. Whether those will allow Portugal to NATURALLY progress and win the World Cup, I do not know. Portugal has only France to knock out before being with Germany in the Final. Portugal and Germany have had the bet performances in this WC and Portugal has the edge over Germany, I feel. So if FIFA decided to regain people's confidence in them, they better not interfere. ARGENTINA WERE ROBBED OF TWO TWO TWO TWO PENALTIES !! I wonder what FIFA has decided to do about Portugal unstoppable power and momentum

Well, the cup is IN Germany, so they have an advantage there. Other than that...no. Give one example of a game-changing call in Germany's favor that wasn't deserved...just one.

If it was fixed, why would FIFA suspend Torsten Frings from playing at such an important game? Torsten Frings is one of the bests of the German team. His suspension is going to cost Germany big time.
