Ice chips, popsicles, ginger tea, ginger cookies, crackers. It really depends on your body and what its willing to take and hold down. Cereal works for me but that doesnt mean it will work for everybody. I tried eating crackers the made me feel worse. You jus have to try different things and see what works for you. GOOD LUCK

The only thing that I could get to work for me was 7up ginger ale is good too except i hate the taste of it sprite is ok if its cheaper and siera mist is just way to sweet i think.. Crackers and an ice pack on my neck helped alot too... Just try and stay laying down until it passes the more you sit up or move around the worse it can get... I'm 6 months along and had morning sickness until the 4th month and then I read today that it comes back around the 7th month so yippie skippie I had a whole 2 months of no throwing up...

I just found out that I was pregnant 2 weeks ago and now she said its twins, so I've been really sick. I put crackers and water beside my bed and eat them before I get up. Lemonade is also very good when it comes to morning sickness. Wish u the best...

this one you will have to figure out on your own. i was always told try snacking on crackers as soon as you wake up (with my 1st pregnancy) problem with that was as soon as i opened my eyes id already be puking, you may find that there is no remedy for you. it should cease after the first couple months or so.

good luck
