This sounds so mean, but by living Healthy. If she's on Chemo, take a snack to eat AFTER chemo on the way home. I know she won't necess. feel like it, but it will help usually keep her from getting even sicker. My aunt did this and actually put on weight during Chemo. She didn't enjoy it, but she said it made her life so much better. She would pull over and eat Chips and other light snack items, NOTHING to salty or heavy. Walk, get lots of clear air (perhaps sit on the porch if in the country), perhaps her doctor may recommend a transfusion for more white cells, she can always ask. : ) Good luck to her.

ps tell her to look for cancer treatment centers nearby, they usually offer free get-togethers and free group therapy where you can get free wigs and offer and get free advice from other cancer patients and survivors.

Sorry to hear about the cancer. There is a natural supplement available that is an immune booster. This product was developed by Dr Arthur Furst (deceased). It is so strong that it counteracts the effects of chemo and you (your friend)must not use it within 2 week of receiving chemo before or after.I hope i am not contravening any rules by giving you the name but i will take the chance. It is called Beta-guard available from GNLD.(52 countries i believe).Incidentally chemo was also developed by Dr Furst.Your friend should actually use more than just the one product.Speak to the distributor.

You do not have to worry about keeping your white blood cell count up. If you have cancer, then you are in the care of the doctor. He or she will do what is necessary to sustain your condition. Anyways, high white blood counts without regard to cancer usually means one has an infection, which the body is then trying to ward off.
