Are you talking about being pregnant? Well, you can obviously get pregnant by having unprotected sex, but you have to be ovulating, as well. Even protected sex isn't 100% foolproof. And there are a few cases of women getting pregnant after just fooling around because of pre-ejaculatory fluid.
