How can i make her shut up all she ever talks about is how much she misses him when im staying the night at her house and when shes over to my house she is always staring at him personally its kinda scary wat do i do? i wonder about her somtimes

maybe she's not really your best friend, maybe she is just using you to get to your brother. If all she ever wants to talk about is him, you might suggest that she just be with him and you find yourself another "best friend". Have you told her to shut up, if you have and she still goes on and on, then move on.
