I applied the Tens Electrodes to my Patients, during their visits, before I performed Deep Tissue Work. Learning to not cross electrodes in certain body areas is important. Read your manual, and it will have diagrams on placement. I strongly believe in the outcome of using electrical current to perform Therapy to relieve spasm etc.
One of my patients begged to have a Galvanic Current amped. up to relieve his DEEP muscle spasms, he had gotten from carrying his Dive Equipment. He was short and very stocky. Everyone was hesitant, except for me.

Well, I endulged him one day, amped it up till his whole side was arching off of the table. He finally got relief. Floated me a C note, and we were both happy.
I often wonder how he is. What a cutie he was.
