not going inside just at the outside rubbing r you susceptible to catching stds like people are when they have actual unprotected sex?

He could rub it on your ear and you could get some STDs and genital contact can cause you to get an STD.Be careful

Yes, because the exchange of bodily fluids is what causes STDs...even oral sex can cause an STD.

Yes my dear, ANY contact at all and you've opened yourself up to all kinds of STDs - there's herpes, genital warts, etc. Skin to skin is all it takes - no fluids necessary!
