Section 8 tenant's have a lease with you and the section 8 office. Just let your tenant know that if her "guest" doesn't move immediatrely that you will contact her caseworker. That will cause girlfriend to forfiet her voucher and most folks do not want to lose that free money.

Do they pay you rent on time? Or... Are they not doing what you want?

It's funny, every time i heard "how i can't evict my..." i ask "are they paying you rent or is it that they don't do what you want?" which 99.9% seems to be the sole reason why landlords what to evict their paying tenants.

Woooooooowwwwwwwwwww!!!! Tough case. I woulfd just make them leave by there self. Make them want to. I am sure you now how. PS I live in Lake County too
