Male and females cover their reproductive organs for 2 main reasons: 1. Privacy 2. respect.

Have you also noticed that if you breastfeed in public (i try to be discret, but sometimes ya gotta do what ya gotta do!) people act like your are a pervert old man waggling your weinie at their small children in a public park! Not like it is a natural and healthy thing for both mother and child!
I agree with you on principle that women should be able to walk around with no shirt but, for real, there are some people (myself included) who should remain clothed so as not to permantely scar any child lol.

If you accept the Bible as true, you'll find the answer in Genesis 3:7. When Eve and Adam ate of the fruit of the tree of knowledge of good and evil, part of the consequences was that they felt the shame of being naked.
I'm all for women walking around bare-chested, but trust me...you don't want me lettin' it all hang out.

THERE IS A STATEMENT IN THE BIBLE THAT SAYS AFTER
ADAM AND EVE ATE OF THE FRUIT, THEY COVERED THEIR PRIVATE PARTS. IT WAS TO COVER THEIR SHAME. GOD HIMSELF ASKED WHY THEY COVERED THEMSELVES. REPEAT, IT WAS TO COVER THEIR SHAME. THEY FELT NO SHAME BEFORE THEY DISOBEYED GOD'S LAW.
