im 5 ft. 4 and my size is 32 B...is that normal?

I'm the same size, and I'm 20, lol.
So don't worry. :] You might get bigger cause that's a pretty kickin' size for a 13 yr old. Buuuut you also might be done. You'll find out in due time I guess. :]
Gaining about 10 lbs sometimes helps w/ filling 'em out, if you can afford to add a few extra lbs.

I just turned 14 and i am a 34 B or C, depending on what brand I wear. I'm 5'3 by the way.
You are very normal. Not big or small, normal.

I'm 12 years old and use that as well, so I gues you're normal. I'm 5"3, so we're pretty much the same. That is normal don't worry!

Bra size 34B - 36B.
I wear both.
You'll probably grow between 1 or 3 cup sizes more.
