USA, Russia, Europe, Japan are all exploring the outer space at this time. Also the new comer is China, which is the third country after USA and Russia to send a human to outer space.

Only 3 so far. The US and Russia of course have been sending people into space since the 1960s, and recently China sent people into orbit on their own rockets.

that is all relative. we've not yet been able to acquire samples previous our prompt section contained in the picture voltaic equipment yet we do have samples from the inner maximum elements of the sea floor. "Outer area" (the Universe) is large and expansive previous our mind's eye. the sea floor is available yet unexplored truly because of a lack of both interest or funding. lets straight away stumble on the sea floor yet can indirectly stumble on elements previous our own image voltaic equipment. We do have the technologies to study the cosmos by utilizing searching at radiation and shortly, with any success, gravity waves. we've many different ideas accessible to us to stumble on the sea floor. searching on the question yet in a special way, it could be easier for me to stumble on outer area than the inner maximum area of the sea because telescopes are more not pricey than deep diving submersibles. per chance you should ask what drives the exploration of outer area and what drives the exploration of the sea floor. stick with the money.
