It was only average. I went to see the midnight screening ...
The ending was CRAP.
That Davey Jones was a comedic relief. Everytime he talked he made me laugh. It wasn't scary. OOOh Tenticles...
The scene with the waterwheel... that was so fake.
Everything was so animated.
It was MUCH less amazing than the first pirates

i didn't like the first one very much........ i thought the battle scenes were very dull and they dragged on way too long, while nothing really exciting happened.
the plot was below average.
there may have been a few nice gags or decent dialogue in there somewhere. jack sparrow is a fun character too.
but i was bored at many different points during the movie.
and that's not so bad if a movie has some kind of point to make, but pirates of the caribbean didn't really have much of a point....
it's just boring.
that being said, i'll probably watch the second one, hoping they'll do something better with it.

yeah hope so thought the first one was awesome so original good mix of reality and fantasy not sure but the previews of the second one look a little overdone have to wait and see. johnny depp is in no way type cast his acting skills are so versatile from movies like Donnie brasco where he plays a serious level headed under cover cop that is pushed to the edge by his work to the zany pirate that seems to have a slight chemical in balance in pirates awesome

I do! I can't wait to see Jack Sparrow! Johnny Depp is so hot in every movie he's in! Plus, the story and the action is on point. I can't wait to be in that theater tomorrow. Get ready to go to the end of the earth maitees!!!!!
