If ur lie makes da person happy then its not wrong, but else u shouldn't lie 2 a person u like coz that person if discovered that u ve lied 2 him then he might be very disappointed.

Why would you lie to someone if you like them and care abou them? Should build a relationship built on trust. The best way to answer this question is to turn the situation around. How would you feel if someone lied to you?

depends on what you are lying about..
lying is sometimes good and sometimes bad..
like if a pregnant women is asking you if she looks fat.. of course you would say no.. cus you wouldn't want to hurt her feelings...
if a girl went up to her boyfriend and asked him if he cheated... and he says no.. but YOU caught him with the chick the other night.. then YES that is bad
it's all a matter of the content of the lie and what makes you have to lie for it..

Sounds like you are trying to manage the impression this person has of you. If you truly like someone you tell that person the truth and take the consequences. There's no hope for a relationship/friendship without honesty.

some times people lie to thoughs they like for many reasons. but if u like them enough then u should respect them enough to tell the truth. if u lie it makes things worse.

yes it is wrong for you to lie to someone you like. to them the first meeting is always about honesty, meaning you hurt that person feeling.

if u wanted to lie..LIE..I'm a compulsive liar, because I just lie to many people because I don't like them and I don't want to hang out with them, or I want to be by myself :-)
