I think this video is total BS, if you can see through the objects then howcome you cant see his face when the object goes infront of him?

You're not seeing through the objects. Your seeing an image of the background projected on the objects. It doesn't work on his face because it needs a retroreflective surface to work, like the coat he wears in the last scene.

No, its definitely real.

Its been shown on several science programs and reported in newspapers and journals. Its a Japanese research team.

The technology uses cameras behind the subject and novel lcd display techniques on flexible fabric to reproduce the background image on the foreground. And of course a computer to correct for perspective.

Of course, it would not convince you it was invisible, but its an impressive illusion.
