Best advise guy is not to eat at Mcdonalds and not drink Coke and to trim your pubes so that they are not bushy. That way you stay slim and your penis will look just fine. If you end up fat, you will lose another inch of your penis to the roll of your stomach. And that's not cool. So, forget about penis pills and operations. Walk every day.

i have heard penis extension ops can be dangerous and leave it larger but unusable.There are ops though. There was a technique that involved putting a thing inside that basically meant it was erect all the time. I thinks that is old and not used any more though.
I don't really know that much on the issue. I know there are operations available though
