What do you think about banning the penalty kicks in the final game? If there is a tie after the extra time, the two teams will have to share the title for the next 4 years...

There can be only one. That's the nature of competition. Anything less denies the purpose of the tournament in the first place.

no. don't share the title. have them keep playing overtime periods until someone scores. substitutions allowed between overtime periods only. sort of like sudden death in american football.

I'm with old softee. do away with PSO's. Allow further substitutions & then play until there's a result.
