What are some really good songs to work out to? As longs as the songs are upbeat, I'm up for almost anything. I'm into rock, punk, pop, reggae, and 80s music is always great too...I'm just getting sick of the songs on my mp3 player and need an update! thanks! : )

For a fast paced work out espescially for treadmill or bicycle, I suggest Ministry's Psalm 69 cd, first few songs especially. 1-5

I make a mix of music for myself. I use country, rock, R & B, Rap, hip hop....everything. I like to keep it fresh and upbeat to keep my interested and keep me going

Anything by Gravy Train!!!! is AWESOME to work out to... Hella Nervous is my personal favorite.

Although if you're easilly offended I'd stay away.

my chemical romance they have realy upbeat fast paced songs that are good to workout to most of them are fast they only have a few slow song they are also good to dance to!!! they are my fav band!
