I just can't type a paper on this computer if these keys keep on sticking...it's annoying!

You should get an Office DUST OFF. Its compressed air that shoots out air that will clean out much of the gunk in your keyboard.
Or you can take off the monitor, then take off the keyboard and clean the gunk inside and then attach it back again. Its a little tricky getting the keyboard off, but it would be easier to do it that way if the office dust off doesnt work.

Use rubbing alcohol and a Q-tip to clean the keys. You should take them off one by one and clean all around. Most keys just snap off with a little pressure. Test it first on a key like F12 so that if you break it, it won't matter much. Afterwards, the keys just snap back on.
