As long as they can compete, yes.

Ooh, tough question. I suppose that it depends on the sport and the ages. I think that around age 11, when girls hit their growth spurt before boys, there may be fair competition in a lot of sports.

In general, there are some sports that because of the biological requirement that females will in most circumstances be at a disadvantage in all positions. However, I can see a female placekicker in American football or a goaltender in ice hockey. Automobile racing is already getting women competitors.

It's fair that girls have their own sports leagues, just as there's junior varsity teams. Indeed, in sort respects, the women's leagues are more interesting to watch (college basketball comes to mind). However, it would certainly be interesting to see a girl qualify for a predominantly boy's league. :-)

It depends. I think for kids under 10 it's no problem. As boys start getting a lot stronger, though, it isn't really a great idea. This can be a problem because a lot of towns, smaller towns especially like mine, don't have many sports options for girls.

It depends on the sport, too. Basketball is pretty high-contact, so shouldn't be co-ed, but baseball isn't very high-contact. As a side issue, because schools don't have these sports anyway, I'm a girl and I can keep up with guys quite well when it comes to bowling, pool, and golf. :)

No. It's not sexist, it's a biological fact that women are not as strong, fast, athletic as men in general. You will always get an exception, but in general no they should be in seperate leagues with seperate rules.

If you want to put one particular girl in a boys league, she should at least have to do all the same training or qualifications, and she shouldn't get any special treatment that the boys wouldn't get, and vice versa.

Let me ask, should boys be allowed in the girls league?

Not in all sports. Some injuries that men recieve from sports could hurt a woman fo life where for a man they is out for a couple of months.

Will they be sharing the same changing rooms and showers? Maybe they shouldn't.

No: I think that women can be just as athletic as men. But, biologically they would not be as strong.
