i have a bunch of players on my team that i can't cut off the team why is that???

supposedly it's so people can't drop "good" players for their friends to pick up, thus rigging the league.

Although, I think the rule sucks. I had Culpepper a year ago and couldn't get rid of him unless traded!! Of course no one wanted him.

They pretty much covered it...it's also so people can't decide their team sucks, drop out, and those players go to whomever happened to be #1, 2, etc. on the waiver wire, thus creating 3-4 really GOOD teams, and 6-7 also rans. This happened a couple of years before this rule was instated and it ruled the draft almost invalid.

They are usually star players so teams who aren't doing well can't drop their star players for other teams to pick them up off the free agent wire and stack their team...it's a way to keep a league balanced and fair...for example, like in some leagues you'll have a friend who is doing well and you're mathmatically out of it, so you drop a star player off your team so your friend can pick him up...in theory

if u had 2 teams in ur league u wud trade them or give em away

Trade them its so if im losing i cant drop them and let my friend pick them up
