I'm not sure what it is, but acronym is wrong. An acronym is where the abbreviation of an organisation can be pronounced, especially if that pronounciation is itself an actual word. In this case, Bright Odd Bold Bossy Young is not the name of an organisation or your name, for that matter. Bobby is your name and bright, odd etc are simply characteristics of you.

I believe it's called an acrostic. It's a type of poem. The first letters of each line are aligned vertically to form a word.
The word often is the subject of the poem.

its called mnemonics for eg SMART : (Specific; Measurable; Achievable; Realistic; Targets)....mnemonics are used to help u to remember things..
others say its an acronym...its not...beware an acronym is like UN -United Nations or NGO-Non governmental organisations, WTO - World Trade Organisation ....we use acroym to make for short a title like egs above
