Relax yourself and slow down. There isn't any race here. I know the pleasures are up but if you calm down and relax some during the love making session then you should last longer.
And FTI -- A cock ring isn't the answer for climaxing, that allows your erection to last longer.

Talk to your doctor about your ED and see if he can get you on some meds to make you last longer. My hubby got some viagra samples from his doctor and he was going 1+hrs and orgasming multiple times - it was good for both of us lol.

wow...my man said that he tries to think about not cumming when he gets started to get himself un-sensitive and then he can go for hours. also, i dunno about you but he can get it up again after he has *** so why not get it out of the way and then get yourself hard again so that you can keep going...
